Founded with a purpose born from personal triumphs over trauma, my journey through the loss of a child and surviving an abusive relationship fueled a passion for mental health advocacy. Overcoming my struggles by embracing self awareness and finding solace in nature and animals. I embarked on a mission to create HIKE in 2018. 2024 the idea of HIKE bloomed into an official non-profit organization which is dedicated to providing opportunities for individuals to embark on their own healing journey. Join us in Casper, WY as we foster a supportive community and empower others to discover strength, resilience and happiness through self-discovery and connection with animals and nature.” - Victoria Smith (Founder of HIKE)
HIKE is an acronym. It stands for Honesty, Insight, Knowledge and Execution. These are some crucial principles to improve your self awareness and in return to improve your mental health.
